TAFs INTERVIEWS MOSTOW, LOKEN & DIETER!
Part 2 of our London T3 Premiere visit!

As reported earlier by TheArnoldFans, the London Premiere of "Terminator 3" was a HUGE success! More than 5,000 fans had gathered to catch a glimpse of the biggest movie star in the world and of course we were there to acquire the latest exclusives for Arnold's loyal fans!

At 4 p.m., only 3 hours before the kick off, we were escorted to our place by one of Columbia Tristar's employees. Columbia Tristar had arranged a special location for TheARNOLDFANS.com to interview the stars walking the red carpet.

It was absolutely awesome to be at such a big premiere and to give you a feeling of what it was like, we will give you unedited clips. The music was loud (sometimes a bit to loud) and the press went nuts which sometimes resulted in some difficulties handling the camera. Luckily TAFs' cameraman, Maarten Dekkers, got everything on tape while I was talking to the stars.

The first two celebrities who came down the red carpet were Claire Danes followed minutes later by Kristanna Loken. Enjoying every minute of the premiere, Kristanna told us about the fan reactions she got and how wonderfully her character and the movie were received.

You can see what Kristanna had to tell me in:
Low Quality (5,5 MEGs)
High Quality (13 MEGs)

After Kristanna, it was time for me to talk to Jonathan Mostow, the director who brought Terminator 3 to the big screen. Jonathan had a big smile on his face while finally got to meet the "other half" of TheArnoldfans. It was time for us to get some detailed information from this outstanding director!

You can see what the director had to tell me in:
Low Quality (5,5 MEGs)
High Quality (13 MEGs)
...or read below for a transcript. Since the music is so loud on the clip, you may want to both watch it and read below.

TAFs: Were there any scenes that were cut from T3 that you would love to see back on the DVD?

Mostow:
No, you know what, the director's cut of the movie is shown in that theatre tonight. So there's nothing else I want to add.

TAFs: So what else can fans expect on the DVD? Because you must have something special for us!

Mostow:
Well, we have some cool things for the DVD. Of course we have the commentaries, but these commentaries are maybe going to be a little bit more interesting then you're used to. I am really encouraging the people that I worked with on the movie is to really get specific about the nuts and bolts on what they do and how they contributed to the movie. We've got some great features on the movie that show behind the scenes, how we made the special effects, and I was thinking of making a DVD where you can actually build your own visual effect with materials of the movie. So I am kind of exited how it's going to be. It's really cool.

TAFs: What was your feeling about doing something completely different with such a unique movie?

Mostow:
Well, you know, I am a fan of the other movies and I wanted to see what happened next in this mythology. I didn't want it to just make the same movie, because otherwise you could go and see T2 since that's still a great movie. So this is a whole new story, but my vision was to let you, while watching T3, step back and let it exist together as a trilogy. That's my goal.

TAFs: You wrote a big part of the T3 script, are you also planning to do so for T4?

Mostow:
You know what; we'll first have to see how this one does.

With these interviews time was passing by pretty fast and after the producers had made their entrance, it was time for the big man himself to arrive - and I must say, I had never experienced something like this before. The crowd went nuts, security seemed to be doubled and the press was ready for him. Arnold gave the fans all the attention! He gave away signatures, shook as many hands as he could and didn't bother the fact that he was pushed forward because of the time limit.

Low Quality (20 MEGs)
High Quality (48 MEGs)

Finally it was time for the press to talk to Arnold. First The Oak talked to the news channel that was standing in the middle of the carpet, interviewing all the stars, and then it was time for us.

Arnold was going down the isle, while we were still filming him, and we lucked-out and got a chance to talk to Arnold's stunt double, Dieter. Dieter Rauter, who we have talked to a couple of times in the past and who will be giving us a new interview shortly, did a lot of stunts for Arnold in a number of Arnold films. Dieter was very much involved in the crane scene. He was traveling with Arnold to make a behind the scenes video. However, after several minutes, he had to go back to his "job" - since Maria and Arnold started to head into the cinema. One last time the fans went NUTS and kept screaming for Arnold and being such a great guy Arnold walked back to them before being pulled away into the cinema.

You can see Arnold & Maria posing in front of the press in:
Low Quality (8 MEGs)
High Quality (18 MEGs)

Once Maria and Arnold entered the cinema, my cameraman and I entered the cinema and while stepping inside, we saw how Arnold was talking to the other cast and crew members in the lobby. As I wrote before, the cinema itself was packed with the special guests who were invited to the premiere screening. On the screen a special making-off was shown, but before Arnold would come inside to talk to the guests, he went upstairs to the balcony of the cinema. On the cinema's big screen the guests could witness how Arnold, Kristanna, Claire and Jonathan talking to the fans outside, thanking them for all the support and telling them one more time they should definitely go and see the movie soon! Courtesy of Columbia Tristar we can show you these great pictures taken on the balcony.

Thanks to Columbia Tristar, Arnold's publicist and our friendly contact who works very closely with Schwarzenegger, we were able to give you all this inside information! But wait, there's more! Stick around for TAFs' London AFTER PARTY for Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines!
