Arnold made an appearance on The Tonight Show last night. He's good friends with Jay Leno and has in the past made big announcements regarding his career. ABking reports on this one:
Arnie did not mention T4 or any particular future film, but he all but confirmed to Leno that he will be back making films. Arnie said "I have no interest in a political career." The oak then added "I see myself as a public servant...we had a recall election and I jumped in there, stopped my acting career... I had a vision that I could work and improve California, and that's exactly what we've done. I want to finish my term, and I'm absolutely convinced that if I do a great job, just like you, that we will always get a job after that." Leno said "Maybe we can work together, we can do Twins 2!"
Seems to me like Arnie wants the fans to know in some small way without fully announcing his comeback just yet that he is coming back to Hollywood in 2011. Lets hope KING CONAN or the SCHWARZENEGGER/STALLONE team-up film or CRUSADE or even a new JAMES CAMERON film is in the works!
That is great news indeed! We really hope he is planning on doing movies again and not something else. If you missed the appearance, you can watch the whole show here on NBC.com.
For even more Arnold on TV, see John Walsh & The Governor This Week On America's Most Wanted! AMW host John Walsh met recently with Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the Governor said he strongly believes in DNA database collection, both to convict the guilty and to exonerate the innocent. In November 2004, California voters overwhelmingly passed Proposition 69, the DNA Fingerprint, Unsolved Crime and Innocence Protection Act.
The law's backers said that implementation of the bill -- endorsed by every major statewide law enforcement organization, district attorneys, sheriffs, police chiefs, crime scene investigators and victims' advocates -- would help solve crimes, prevents false imprisonment, and stop rapists and killers.
You can watch Arnold this Saturday night on FOX. If you can't wait for Saturday night, you can watch the Arnold segment right now at the AMW.com website. Click HERE to see Arnold now!
