For those of you fans of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" who enjoyed the nine episodes of season one, you should be in for the same thrills in a longer lasting Season two. I got my DVD screener by Fox awhile ago and for the most part, “Samson & Delilah” (the season opener) should please any fan who enjoys this side-lined Terminator universe. I might have a couple of tiny spoilers below so read on at your own risk. But very small... "Dentyne" sized spoilers as Danny Devito would say.

Shirley Manson certainly plays a character that terminator fans will like to see more of and to visually watch do her magic. Manson, who plays Catherine Weaver, a strong and bitchy character has no problem using the men's room when she needs to take care of "business."

Cameron, having been blown-up in a Jeep from last season, now emerges and is on a new mission and you'll enjoy her chasing down her new target. What I did find insanely annoying was Cameron's targets ran as fast as they could to get away from her and then get into a vehicle to drive at "the vehicle's top speed" to distance themselves... only to have a limping Cameron catch them! It was even worse than a Jason Voorhees or Michael Meyers walking to chase the running victim scenario. The rest of the show was good, but when I watched this Cameron "chase" scene with some friends, you bet we all let out one huge GROAN! Now the screener was not a final and adjustments were still to be made from the version that I watch. So I pray that they CG-ed a motorcycle next to Cameron to explain how she caught up to a speeding vehicle that had traveled so far away from her.

On the positive side, "The Sarah Connor Chronicles" is still one entertaining load of television goodness. Glau's performance in “Samson & Delilah” is the best yet. If only Derek, played by Brian Austin Green, was in the episode more...but he'll have bigger parts to come. Watch "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" this Monday night on Fox and you'll enjoy some nice performances and some wicked make-up and special effects. But be warned, after you watch this episode, do not go to the bathroom! You'll find out why soon enough.

Finally, I met up with Dekker / John Connor outside of The Royal Thai Restaurant in San Diego, California. Perhaps in a future episode I can play Connor's ginger-haired friend Timmy from Terminator 2. Just don't ask me to get a mullet haircut (my mullet was bad enough in high school). More Terminator news to come. Trust me.
