Arnold Schwarzenegger is not big on sleep or restrictions or rest. The Oak is always on the go and he has no desire to ever slow. Not only does he have Escape Plan out in theaters now and Sabotage out in April of 2014, he also just finished filming his latest zombie project!  MAGGIE, directed by Henry Hobson, just wrapped on Friday, October 25th. That's right, we have two more guaranteed Schwarzenegger films coming our way in 2014!

Maggie, based on the award-winning script by John Scott 3, is set at a time when a “walking dead” virus has spread across the country. Schwarzenegger will portray the father on a journey to help his daughter come to terms with her infection, as she slowly becomes a zombie. Unlike all other Arnold films, this will be his first truly dramatic role in a very serious and intense film.

"I'm being offered films that are much more dramatic in a way than in the past," Arnold tells TheArnoldFans when we asked him about Maggie.

Get ready for Schwarzenegger's character to tug at your heartstrings with his emotional breakdown as Maggie, played by Abigail Breslin, slowly transforms from a sweetheart to flesh-eating zombie.

“What I wanted to do with MAGGIE is take the zombie genre and unfold the story from a very microscopic emotional level, delving into the personal relationships,” John Scott 3 tells TheArnoldFans.

Maggie’s writer tweeted on the day the film wrapped:

@johnny1up: @henryhobson Congrats to an amazing director. #MAGGIE Is gonna be amazing.

We’ll certainly miss the tweets from the cast and crew who would tease the fans with zombie tales and pictures from the New Orleans set.

Aiden Flowers, who plays Schwarzenegger’s young son Bobby in Maggie, tells TheArnoldFans that his on-screen bearded and muscular dad was “a class act” to work with. Aiden’s sister, Carsen, who plays Maggie’s sister Molly, tell us that Arnold was “a lot of fun and very sweet” on the set.

Earlier, @yoabbaabba (Breslin) tweeted: Super cool makeup artist @KarriMakeup shares with us her #Maggie make up kit to transform @yoabbaabba into @schwarzenegger's zombie girl. I spy necro colors, blood & flesh. Yummy!

TheArnoldFans asked the make-up artist Karri Farris to send us a photo of the official Abigail Breslin zombie make-up kit and she obliged. (image below).

Breslin is a professional on the set and on Twitter; She's committed to both. Here are a few of her random Maggie tweets:

@yoabbaabba: First day of the last week of filming #Maggie tomorrow!! We saved some of the craziest scenes for last :):) #waittilyouseethisstuff

@yoabbaabba: Oozing is such a gross word, but one you will hear frequently when working with zombies." and then later she tweeted "Had an incredible first day of filming #Maggie today with the awesome @Schwarzenegger and our incredible director @henryhobson. SO EXCITED."

@yoabbaabba: If you're sad it's over, don't be. That means it was worth doing.

Henry Hobson, the film’s director, also tweeted his Maggie cast and crew.

@henryhobson: thats a wrap, thank you to all on #maggie, the crew, @Schwarzenegger @yoabbaabba terrific working with you all.

Just before Hobson’s final Maggie tweet, he helped Arnold by guest starring as an extra in this “Predator” one-liner YouTube clip. Watch Arnold, Henry and a zombie head in action!

Look for Maggie in theaters in 2014 and whatever happens, don’t get bit! Leave the zombie fighting to the professionals – like Schwarzenegger!
