Even I was surprised to see that the tides have turned now in favor of a new Terminator film! With the last three films getting only lackluster or lukewarm reviews, critics and fans earlier said to have nearly sworn off all future Terminator films but surprisingly, Tim Miller’s direct follow-up to Judgment Day, "Dark Fate” blew away just about everyone at Cinema Con and has people rethinking strongly to give the franchise another shot!

Unfortunately for me, I missed out on registering for Cinema Con by only one day so my press application was denied but I still couldn’t be happier to hear of the extremely positive crowd reactions to the Dark Fate clips that were shown. If you want to know about all the details of the clips that were shown, watch this Youtube video but be warned of some little spoilers!

The new Terminator: Dark Fate logo has also been revealed today so be prepared for some upcoming fantastic product packaging for merchandise with this logo. Chronicle Collectibles has the rights to do all the top quality statues and prop replicas for this film.

Other recent Dark Fate developments such as Schwarzenegger telling TheArnoldFans how much James Cameron has been involved with the film as a very active producer and the addition of JunkieX (Max Max: Fury Road, Deadpool and Batman Vs Superman) to be the new film composer has also raised more anticipated excitement for the film.

We've waited twenty-eight long years to see the true sequel to Terminator 2: Judgment Day and at last, on November 1st, the T-800 and Sarah Connor will BE BACK!  With so many positive comments & applause over today's Cinema Con footage, I am proud to be a life-time Terminator and Schwarzenegger fan. Other film studios must have also gotten wind at how well Dark Fate is shaping up because Charlie’s Angels was pulled out of its once head-to-head November 1st release date. Charlie's Angels will now come out a couple of weeks later to stay clear of the Terminator.

IGN also shared new character photos from the film!  Fans are thinking that Schwarzenegger may possibly be playing both the T-800 as well as a human character in the film. What do you think of this Arnold image below (human or T-800)? Either way, he’s all bad-ass!
