That classic sci-fi Arnold film from 1987, “The Running Man”, is BACK and better than ever released as a 2 disc
special edition DVD!
On March 16, one of the greatest action adventure films of the 80’s gets even better as Lions Gate Home Entertainment,
a division of Lions Gate Entertainment (AMEX and TSX: LGF), and Republic Pictures® release the 2-disc The Running Man
Special Edition DVD.
Starring international superstar Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Running Man tells the story of Ben Richards, a wrongly
convicted murderer who is sentenced to participate in a sadistic game show where the difference between winning and
losing is life and death. Directed by Paul Michael Glaser (TV’s “Starsky & Hutch”), The Running Man features an
all-star cast, including Richard Dawson (TV’s “Family Feud”), Jim Brown (Any Given Sunday), Maria Conchita Alonso
(Chasing Papi), Yaphet Kotto (Two if by Sea), and former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura (Predator).
