T4 is California or bust!

Glad to see all is gong well with the TAFs. I found this link you might be interested in regarding Terminator 4 - sounds like Arnold may not appear as it appears T4. Arnold said he will only appear if they film in California, which I guess as Governor is understandable.

The news reports "T4" is rumored to begin filming in Budapest but Arnold, looking out for the best interest in the land he rules and loves, insists that he will only take part if the movie is shot here in California. Most movies are shot here in Hollywood Ca, but perhaps the producers have found a cheaper and more exotic location in Budapest. Perhaps they can all compromise with an agreement that the major exterior shots are shot overseas but Arnold only acts on California's ground. Acting during a term as Gov is tough enough so there's no way The Oak could make time in his busy schedule to film anywhere else but here.

The perfect solution: Let Arnold finish his term as Governor and THEN let him be the MAIN star as The Terminator. No Cameos and no location restrictions. TheArnoldFans urges the Producers of this film to wait for a better time to roll cameras or T4 will no doubt SUCK. No Arnold equals my big middle finger in the face of T4!

My local California newspaper reports the following:
In a wide-ranging discussion, Schwarzenegger addressed everything from his thoughts on running for a second term to gay marriage to a possible cameo appearance in a proposed "Terminator 4'' movie.

Entering his second year in office, Schwarzenegger has largely dropped references to his movie career and has taken on a more serious, gubernatorial tone. But Hollywood is still calling.

The governor said he had been approached about making a brief appearance in "Terminator 4,'' but has told producers "they will never see me for one second in the movie" unless the film is made in California. It's planned to be shot in Budapest.
