Original Pump Shirt is "Gold"!
Retro Gold's Gym Shirt is Back!

Longtime friend of TheArnoldFans, Ric Drasin, is back with good news! Gold's Gym has brought back the original design 'Retro Shirt' that was first designed by Drasin, "Pro Wrestler, Bodybuilder, Actor, Artist that he had designed in 1973. Ric designed the logo on a napkin in Zucky's Deli in Santa Monica, CA. Ric and Ken Waller (gym manager) printed up a few dozen shirts to see how they would sell and this became the largest selling t shirt in the world.

Recently Gold's Gym decided to bring back the design along with Ric with a royalty agreement to reissue these shirts worldwide to all of their 650 gyms, 10 million members and outlets as a collector's item.

They will be printed in the same colors and same color shirts as they were back in 1973 with Ric's signature next to the foot as in the original. Gold's will also present Ric at their Gold's Gym Convention in July as one of the speakers and guest and also Gold's 40th anniversary in November at Gold's Venice.

At the time, Ric was training with Arnold Schwarzenegger and wrestling professionally on TV throughout the country. Art was his sideline but has carried it to many other extremes, now with website designs, animation, logos, along with publishing his second book and producing a feature film.

These shirts will be available in June 05 for Gold's 40th anniversary through all of the Gold's Gym and their website goldsgym.com.
