One of our favorite bodybuilders, Ric Drasin, is back again with YET ANOTHER exclusive to share with us all!

The Gold's Convention in Vegas was awesome and I spoke to 1000 people about the history of Gold's and what I experienced through the years. We also introduced my new Gold's retro shirt (called The Ric Shirt) which was a huge success.

Here are some of the people from the show! Ken Waller, Mr. World, Carl Weathers from PREDATOR, Lou Ferrigno, Mr. Universe Bill Pearl, Ryan the all time world champ and more!

Arnold did a video presentation talking about how he trained for all his contests at Gold's and it was the best and his roots of bodybuilding!
