THE 80's ARNOLD IS BACK! CD's climax altered for thrills! Reported By: René de Jong Wednesday, January 9, 2002 It appears, Arnold fans, that our wishes have been answered at last. Finally we can expect the kind of action we have longed for back in the 80's Arnold action films with Collateral Damage! Remember the big tough-guy fist brawls like at the end of "Commando" and beginning of "Red Heat"? In just under one month - expect classic action again! From DarkHorizons: There's been a lot of talk about the upcoming Arnold Schwarzenegger thriller recently, mostly how none of its content has been changed in this post September 11th world (it was delayed from a Fall release). Now 'Joe S' has found that changes have been made but not what you think (SPOILER AHEAD): "What is LESS known is that tinkering had ALREADY been done to the ending. Seems as though test audiences felt let-down that Arnold S. used quick thinking and street smarts to defeat the baddie terrorists in the climax. So, a new ending was shot with Arnold going mano-a-mano with the villain". ---------- |
