In order in keep "Collateral Damage" from going over its two hour running time, one of Arnold’s favorite scenes was cut! The action star talks about the scene, which Arnold did in his recent interview with The Toronto Sun:

"There's a scene I'm very upset about because it was cut from the movie. Someone thought it would make the movie too long -- as if we're worried about that lately. I've sat there for three hours for movies! What was upsetting was that I carried around John Turturro (who plays a weasely Canadian ex-pat) after the prison caught on fire. I carried him through flames and up the f***ing steps 20 times because (director) Andy Davis wanted to shoot it with a sidewise little lens."

"So I schlepped this 170-pound guy on my shoulder, making it look like I was a fireman and this is what I do every minute of my life. Now the scene is gone. I was like, 'Guys, I was spritzing all night!'"

Let’s hope this Arnold scene and any other deleted scenes will make it back into the DVD!
