Arnold received yet another Doctor of Humane Letters on Sunday from Chapman University in Orange, California, about 40 miles south of Los Angeles, recognizing his work on behalf of such causes as the Special Olympics and the Inner-City Games Foundation.

The diploma marked the third such honor bestowed on Schwarzenegger, according to his publicist. The first, in 1996, came from the University of Wisconsin, where he earlier earned a bachelor's degree in business and international economics in 1979. Last year, he received a second honorary doctoral degree from Imadec University in his native Austria.

Chapman President James L. Doti presented the degree to the former Mr. Universe for his work on behalf of young people in athletics and education.
