Get your programs, peanuts, stogies and pull up a seat boxing and bodybuilding fans; this is the main event weekend! Former boxing champion MUHAMMAD ALI will present ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER with the humanitarian award at the Celebrity Fight Night benefit, hosted by LARRY KING and MERV GRIFFIN.

Arnold will be honored by longtime friend and hero, champion-boxer Muhammad Ali, on March 16th, 2002 when Ali will present him with the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Award for the knockout job he's doing helping make life better for our nation's kids.

Schwarzenegger, an active member in the Special Olympics and Chairmen of the Inner-City Games, feels that if you give kids the options, they'll make positive choices. "It's about getting kids to say no to drugs, gangs and violence - and yes to school and sports, life and hope. I had the support and the family structure and the education necessary to reach my goals and become a success in bodybuilding and at the box office. But helping kids today who need help reaching their goals and dreams is the most important job I have ever had."

In 2001, Arnold became the national chairman of "Lights on Afterschool", an organization committed to bringing after-school programs to kids.
