ARNOLD FAN NOMINATED FOR AN OSCAR! Root for "Fifty Percent Grey"! Reported By: Randy Jennings Friday, March 22, 2002 With the Academy Awards coming in just days, all eyes will be on what the stars are wearing and who will take home an Oscar. Well forget about Best Picture; route for Best Animated Short! Why, because the creator of one short is a big Arnold fan! "Hi, ARNOLD FAN, my name is Ruairí Robinson - I'm currently nominated for an Academy Award for best short animated film for my short Fifty Percent Grey. The film was rendered using a beta version of a software package code-named related to Schwarzenegger - we're all fans of Arnold films. A quick one-line synopsis of the short: Sgt. Wakes up, alone, with only his gun, a widescreen TV, and a lot of spare time! You can download the short in full from my website - 3dluvr.com in Quicktime 5 and divx avi formats.
