The National Enquire reports hummer-riding Arnold Schwarzenegger recently bought a gray Ferrari Spider for almost $300,000. However, after driving it around Hollywood for a couple of month he just HAD to return it to the dealership.





"I was getting way too much attention and far too many stares," Arnold told the dealership president in Woodland Hills, California. One car dealer claims Arnold said he needed a car that would better telegraph his image as a candidate for the future California Governor but a Ferrari Spider just doesn't get that image across.



Of course the dealership didn't want an upset Terminator so the dealership took the car back and even refunded him a hefty percentage of the sticker price. Arnold also hand-drafted a letter to the dealership stating that it was OK to resell the roadster using his famous name. Schwarzenegger also signed a Ferrari leather jacket and a photo of himself, in hopes of helping the dealer unload the used car for full price.

Bottom line... Arnold just needs to "stick around" with his Hummer.
