ARNOLD'S 1st CAMPAIGN AD & CARTOON! Historic Arnold moment to air today! Reported By: Chad Donohue Wednesday, August 20, 2003 Fred tells TheArnoldFans that a good chunk of Arnold's first campaign ad ran last night on the popular entertainment program ET but starting today, the ad will run in it's full entirety all across California. Next, it looks like Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines is remaining high in the top ten highest grossing films of the year. For now, T3 is number six on the list, with a total worldwide gross of over $360 million. Other films in the top six include The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, X-Men II, The Matrix Reloaded, and Bruce Almighty. T3 is expected to pass X-men 2 and Bruce Almighty within the next few weeks. Finally, we heard from Nick in Mill Creek, Washington. He chimes in with his report on the efforts he has taken to keep T3 at the top this summer. Arnold is fortunate to have fans like Nick working hard on his behalf. Here's Nick in his own words: Hi, my name is Nick Gyeney. I live in Mill Creek, WA. You've posted a couple of my scoops before. I just wanted to let all of you know at TAFs that I've been doing everything I can to make Terminator 3 as big as can be. Since its release on July 2, I have seen it 9 times! Not to mention once in Paris on opening day in France. Let me tell you, when I saw it in Paris, I was amazed at how much the French people loved this movie. They were cheering throughout the entire movie, and right before the theme started at the end, more than half the theatre started singing the terminator theme. It's a day I won't forget! Just thought I'd let you know that Terminator 3 is well liked worldwide, maybe more so in other countries, than in the U.S. For some reason, some people in the U.S just don't understand how powerful T3 is. It truly is an amazing movie, and in my opinion, the best of the three. ----------
