"KING CONAN" PETITION PASSES 10,000 SIGNATURES! Arnold fans demand "King Conan" with Milius! Reported By: TheArnoldFans.com Tuesday, February 18, 2003 Let us all be prepared for a time of high adventure! Last night TheArnoldFans was proud to have witnessed our online petition had passed the 10,000 signature mark! As reported earlier, our petition - to have John Milius direct or accept NO Conan at all, has gathered 100% support of Conan fans everywhere! Arnold, Conan and Milius fans came out in the thousands, from all over the globe, and made sure to speak up and fight for the best possible Conan movie experience! Fans of the original Conan comic character and Milius' "Conan The Barbarian" would all be damned to have another film studio revamp one of the most violent comic characters into a toned-down "Scorpion King" rip-off. This is a big time to celebrate! Having reached so many petition signatures and with such a grand show of support, film studios and Paradox properties, who owns the Conan character rights, surely can not defy our wishes and would not dare stab us in the backs. Over the next couple of weeks we'll do our best to have a chance to speak with Arnold about his own thoughts on King Conan and his take on the likelihood this could be his next film project. We are sure Arnold is aware at this point that the majority of Schwarzenegger fans desire King Conan to follow T3. King Conan is one of Arnold's most anticipated film projects ever and we will no doubt see this film soon. Exactly when was another story! ---------- |
