A "TL2" MEETING NEXT WEEK WITH CAMERON? Or is Tom Arnold just telling "LIES"? Reported By: Ulf Kristensson Tuesday, February 25, 2003 LatinoReview.com interviewed Tom Arnold, co-star of True Lies, about the on-again off-again sequel. Although we last heard from Cameron that he now has no interest in doing a True Lies sequel, due to political tension in the world today, Tom Arnold continues to claim it is still on. But then again, Tom Arnold has always been the biggest promoter of this film - even if he needs to exaggerate a few details and start dates. Tom Arnold: "I signed up; Arnold [Schwarzenegger] signed up, got a meeting with Jim Cameron next week. It's been a long process, Jim Cameron has been very busy, he's been at the bottom of the ocean [outburst of laughter], and he does what he wants to do when he wants to do it. He's a great guy." We'd love Tom Arnold to prove us wrong and honestly announce a True Lies sequel. Then again maybe Cameron will ask Tom to co-star in "Crusade" along with Arnold instead?
