Many fans have been concerned over a photo of Arnold supported by a crutch that appeared in The Sunday Mirror. The article claims Arnold is suffering from a recent hip surgery. TheArnoldFans spoke with Arnold's publicist, Jill Eisenstadt, and another inside source who were happy to give us the real story.

Arnold is in great shape, just a sprained ankle!

Arnold's publicist:

"I have a feeling that they (Sunday Mirror Tabloid) were referring to a paparazzi photo that was taken of him that TOTALLY erroneously said that he was recovering from hip surgery. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!

While he did have a slightly sprained ankle recently - any rumors of surgery and/ or pain are totally untrue and exaggerated. In fact, he was in Sun Valley with his family over the holidays taking the kids out on the snow mobile, hitting his favorite stores and restaurants, hosting his annual Christmas party and even hitting the slopes.

He also gave out toys at an annual toy drive here in Los Angeles.
I can assure you and you can assure the fans that he is in 100% health and there is no need for TheArnoldFans to worry!!

TAFs' Inside Source:

"Hi Randy... for the record, Arnold did not have hip surgery. He had an accident while waterskiing in Miami while on Vacation with his family over the holidays. He used a crutch for a few days to give the injury time to heal. Where do people come up with these things? Arnold is in great shape."

Thanks to Leesa Osmond for the submitted photo.
