Thanks to Tom Hujik, an Arnold fan who tipped-off Arnold's business manager, the Terminator is demanding that Fred Martin Motor Co. and its ad agency pay him more than $20 million for using his photo to hawk cars in an advertisement that ran in the Akron Beacon Journal.

Tom Hujik:

Yo TheArnoldFans! I want to introduce myself. My name is Tom Hujik and imagine my surprise today when one of my friends called me to tell me he had heard of this lawsuit on the radio. I, if you care to know, am the one who sent a copy of the ad to Main Street Productions. I am involved with advertising myself and do not appreciate it the least when someone so blatantly uses bogus schemes.

FYI, it was a photo of our hero from T1 with the caption "Arnold Says Terminate Early". As a result of sending the info to Arnold, I received, for my good deed, an autographed photo and DVD of T2. I have the letter framed in my office.

I had no idea that my involvement would result in this big a deal. I hope the verdict is just. It does pay to be involved.

The suit, which was filed in federal court last summer, claims the car dealership reproduced his image without his permission and violated Schwarzenegger's self-imposed ban on appearing in commercials in the United States.
