Just a quick note to let you know that TV advertisements featuring Arnold in Terminator gear have begun airing in Australia to promote an upcoming Rugby League series.

The adverts feature in prime-time television promote the upcoming 'State of Origin' Rugby League Football series.

The best of three game football contest pits states Queensland versus New South Wales.

The annual contest is a highlight on the Australian Rugby League calendar and attracts both huge crowds and television ratings over here.

Arnolds' voice over is used to declare, "Terminators live amongst you". Footage then shows players from the two teams.

Reports in Sports Columns revealed that Arnold insisted on viewing footage of previous games before endorsing the grudge series.

The promotion coincides with the Australian release of 'T3 -Rise of the Machines' on July 17.

Arnold is rumoured to be attending the final match in July as part of his promotional duties for the film.

The first 'State of Origin' clash takes place on June 11 (AEST).

Arnold info from Australia! Just saw Arnold in full Terminator gear doing the promo for the upcoming State of Origin Qld vs NSW (State v. State) Rugby League match. It's basically exactly the same as his superbowl spot (probably done at the same time) He's coming here to promote T3 in July as well as some Rugby League stuff.

Last time Arnold was here in Sydney for the 'End of Days' premiere and thousands of fans turned out and went nuts. Now he's back with his defining character so expect even greater hysteria from his Aussie fans. Your site's great!
