FANS TERMINATE THE BOX OFFICE WITH 9 STEPS! Arnold's "T3" to open: be prepared! Reported By: TheARNOLDFANS.com Staff Saturday, June 28, 2003 Who can believe that an all new Terminator film starring Arnold Schwarzenegger is just days away from theatrical release? So far, all early reviews have been positive on the net so we can surely expect a very good opening weekend! But what happens after opening weekend? We have some big action movies coming out the very following week and many big Summer films will continue. Films such as "The Pirates..." and others will surly loot T3's treasure chest. I, for one, will not allow this to happen on my watch and I am personally making a vow to give T3 my full attention this Summer at the box office. Join me. Who among you will have contributed to helping "King Conan" and other EPIC action films follow T3? The better T3 does at the box office, the more WB will push for an immediate King Conan production start date! The better Arnold's movies do, the more likely he stays in the film industry for all you fans who want to see him stay in films FOR GOOD. Who among you are ballsy enough to follow TheArnoldFans.com's nine steps for ultimate Arnold and Terminator fan loyalty? 1. DO NOT see any other movies for at LEAST three weeks in the theaters following the film's release. Or, If your friends ask you to come along for "Pirates" or "Charlie's Angles" tell them 'on the one condition' - that you can PAY to see "T3" but then sneak over and see the other movie. At least the money still goes to the right cause. 2. Keep paying for T3 up until late August while you sneak over to see other films. If you can't sneak over, don't pay full price for any Summer movie other than T3. Would it kill you to wait and see a matinee of Summer competition? Would it kill you to wait until video on these movies? Would it kill you to only see a summer competing film ONE TIME instead of multiple times? 3. See "T3" on opening weekend. Okay, that's an easy one. 4. Bring as MANY people as you can. Don't JUST take your significant other to see it - but invite your friends and family. Pick the one day between when you can round up the MOST friends and watch it that day. 5. Do NOT see a daytime matinee. Make SURE you see a FULL-PRICED evening showing of "T3: Rise of the Machines" (if this is in your budget)! Wouldn't you agree your money is going to a good cause and it would make you feel good knowing you're contributing to giving Arnold a BIG hit? 6. Can't find anyone COOL to hang out with to see this movie? Take your parents. Just ask them. I know they saw the commercials and I bet they would like to see it. Build your family bond and make Arnold bring you closer together. 7. Cheer LOUD in the theater at the right moments of the film. With more cheering it will actually influence (brainwash) others around you who are typically Arnold bashers. These low foreheads will remember all the cheering and will tell other people about the wild enthusiasm. 8. Make SURE you see "T3" on the second weekend too. This is a MUST! This is the most crucial weekend as most movies suffer a 50-60% drop off in numbers the second week. 9. Promote this movie around you - at school, at work, at home. Generate maximum interest. After you see the movie, if you like it (or in my case love it), spread the word over every message board over the net. If you do not like it, keep it to yourself. Don't tell a soul that you are not happy with it as you may persuade someone NOT to go. That's a sin! Now get moving. We are all going to be busy Arnold fans over the next few weeks. Get out your wallets, give Arnold a few bucks and enjoy Arnold Schwarzenegger kick 2000 pound machine butt in "T3: Rise of the Machines"! It's OUR time Arnold fans.
