Nortel Networks Kidz Online: The Administration's budget has proposed cutting the 21st Century Community Learning Centers afterschool program by 40 percent in fiscal year 2004 and Mr. Schwarzenegger urged Congress not to cut funding. Arnold's All Stars was Founded by Arnold in the spring of 2002, with the support of Los Angeles Mayor James Hahn, Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo, the Los Angeles Unified School District and the Los Angeles Sheriff and Police Departments, Arnold's All-Stars is a program dedicated to creating top quality after-school programs for Los Angeles middle school children five days a week on a year round basis. It currently serves four schools within L.A. City and L.A County. The program also serves as the role model for other after-school programs throughout the nation, providing academic, recreational, cultural and life skills, giving young people dynamic and exciting opportunities for success.
