FAN REPORTS FROM "ARNOLD CLASSIC"! ![]() It was fantastic! Once again Arnold shook my hand but no conversation this time around. However, Arnold did sign my King Conan script! Arnold's kids were all over but I bet only us true Arnold fans could recognize them. They were under a lot of protection though just in case. I also saw that Stallone guy but man he looked bad! I felt a little sorry for him because it looked like Arnold had just punched him in the face. He was all pruned up and all these people were giggling at him behind his back. Next to Arnold, my second fav celebrity I spotted there was your buddy Roger Bir. Yeah, that's one big security guard... but I'm still a little bigger. I said his name and he turned to look at me. He didn't know who I was but I said "TheArnoldFans.com rules!" Then he smiled and nodded. Former Mr. Olympia Sergio Olivia and Arnold shared a laugh on Sunday, March 7. ![]() I just got back and it was FANTASTIC! Arnold looked flawless (hopefully I can scan the pics and send them to The Arnold Fans). I got money-shot pictures of the Oak! I was surprised to see Maria and their son Patrick at The Arnold Schwarzenegger Collection booth. My girlfriend and I talked to Patrick for a while which was pretty cool but we were not allowed to take pictures of Patrick (security was nearby ready to push cameras away) Cute kid. Just like his dad, talking business to sell us the shirts. Arnold, of course, made his way around the expo and I was at the right place at the right time. He walked right next to me as I padded him on the shoulder all while taking pictures. I got pictures with Sergio Oliva (who is EXTREMELY nice and down to earth) Ronnie Coleman, Dorian Yates, etc. By the way, Jay Cutler won, Chris Cormier came in second, and Dexter Jackson came in third. Next, the training seminar. I got there an hour and a half early and of course sat right in front of the Oak. Before his arrival, they had K-9 units sweeping the podium and stage Arnold was to be at. Jim Lorimer came out first for about 5 minutes and introduced The Man-Arnold Schwarzenegger! He was up there for about 45 minutes. He talked about his position as governor and how his show is gonna start emphasizing much more on posing and not just the 'big bodies' with the bloated stomach. He slammed at how the competitors are lacking personality and entertainment for the audience. When he began asking people for questions my heart raised. I raised my hand but didn't get picked. I raised it again and still didn't get picked. No sooner do I raise it again for the third time Arnold looked right at me and with his thick Austrian accent said, 'You!' I couldn't believe it! This was it! I could ask Arnold ANYTHING! (don't hate me fellow Arnold fans but I didn't ask him about movies nor did anyone else and he never mentioned it) I stood up with a mic in my hand and said, 'I just wanna say that now matter what you do, especially now that you're governor of California, you never ever forget your roots, and that's bodybuilding. I admire you for that. So thank you very much.' (audience clap) Arnold staring at me, smiled, nodded, and said 'Thank you.' The funniest comment came when Arnold picked a woman for a question and she said, 'When are you gonna start giving women competitors more prize money and giving them hummers?' (audience laughs) Arnold said in a sly voice, 'Well, I've never been asked to give a woman a hummer.' (audience bust-out laughing) Jay Cutler gave an awesome treat to us as he stripped off his clothes and posed. All-in-all this was a AWESOME experience!!! Pictures of The Oak, touching The Oak, talking to The Oak. I will NEVER forget! Oh, by the way, RAMBO was at the expo as well but is that really a big deal? Below, we see Arnold Schwarzenegger presenting the first place trophy for the 16th Arnold Classic to Jay Cutler of Las Vegas, Nevada. ![]() ----------
