ARNOLD'S MEMORIAL DAY MESSAGE TO YOU!  Arnold fan "DJFNET" gives us the latest news of Arnold's All-Stars. I was watching Access Hollywood a couple of days ago and there was some footage of Arnold appointing The Rock to be the new face of his After School All-stars programs! In other Arnold news, Schwarzenegger is the most popular California governor in 13 years! Two new surveys said the "Terminator" enjoys support of 69 and 65 percent of voters, despite the golden state's dire economic straits and the dwindling popularity of Republican US President George W. Bush. A poll by the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC) and The James Irvine Foundation showed that, despite their economic concerns, 69 percent of all likely voters approved of the way Schwarzenegger is doing his job. And a separate survey by the Field Research Corp. said 65 percent of voters gave a thumbs up to Schwarzenegger's performance as governor, his first foray into politics after years as a Hollywood movie star, while just 23 percent disapproved. The rating, the highest for a governor of the most populous US state since 1991, makes him one of the most popular leaders in California history, outstripping the ratings of former US president Ronald Reagan whose job approval rating as California governor never exceeded 60 percent. ---------- |
