TAFs welcomes ABking for 2006!

TheArnoldFans.com welcomes internet legend ABking to our staff. Hopefully, every Friday, ABking will be writing a new editorial with his personal thoughts as well as giving us major scoops from inside Hollywood sources!

ABking has been supplying us and other popular websites like Aint-it-cool-news for nearly a decade and it's about time he joins our staff. Let's all welcome our new member.

ABking's first official editorial:

It's gonna be 2006 and that means one thing to AB...Arnold's future options. Open your minds:

Arnold will soon announce if he will run again (and most say he'll loose big time if he does) or gracefully come back to event size action epics. Maybe it's time for Arnold to dust off some of the old projects in developmental hell and bring them to the big screen!

Arnold will soon be 60 so he can do different kinds of action films. Push himself a little now! Hell, politics would be behind the man so if he did a film like WITH WINGS AS EAGLES and played a German soldier, the press can't scream "Arnold is a Nazi" or "his father was one so he is too" bullshit and get him scared to run and win! He already did his dream and was governor!

But before we get ahead of ourselves, Arnie has a few fan film favorites he MUST make! Lets start with the character that makes him the legend he is...THE TERMINATOR! Arnold should do one last Terminator film. The war Terminator film where he "kills John Connor" like he proclaimed in T3!

Mostow will be in this universe for the second time so he'll get better like Sam Rami on SPIDER-MAN 2 and Bryan Singer on X-MEN 2. T4 has real potential if they don't screw it up!

Then Arnie must make KING CONAN! Come on, the fans want Arnie and NO ONE else as Conan! The WB should just listen and make one last Arnold Conan film. Then pass it to a younger Conan by the end and kill Arnie's Conan. Fans don't want a pussy Conan, they want bad ass Arnie with an axe for Christ sakes!!!

Also, Arnie needs to make one more "JAMES CAMERON" film. It doesn't have to be TRUE LIES 2. Unless they kill Helen Tasker, Jamie Lee Curtis' age will slow Harry Tasker down. If Arnie played BATTLE ANGEL's creator Ido, that would give fans what they want in spades. But these two need to work together one last time! THE TERMINATOR, T2, TRUE LIES and T2:3D just isn't enough!!!

If Arnie doesn't make any of those "must make" films, I guess he can do a studio project like WESTWORLD! It may not have a visionary filmmaker behind it but it's passable. Or if Arnie needs a desperate hit, make PREDATOR 3 playing a older battle scarred Dutch.

If AB had his way and had to call the shots on Arnie's last two projects to make, it would be KING CONAN and BATTLE ANGEL (as Ido) all the way!!!

You know how I strongly believe Arnie will be in BATTLE ANGEL (Tom Arnold even saying at one point Cameron is writing Arnie's comeback film). I did some digging and when I asked close sources near Lightstorm Entertainment if Schwarzenegger would be playing the character of Ido--Altia's Hunter Warrior builder--I got a no comment.

One would like to speculate or assume "no comment" means Arnold might be starring in another James Cameron film as a bad ass warrior come summer 2007!
