Kevin writes:

I would like to present to the ARNOLD FANS my 5 month-long in-the-making masterpiece: "ROBOCOP VS. The TERMINATOR"!

The costume is apprx. 7' 6" with the Endoskeleton mounted on the back. I am 6' 9" Barefoot and about 6' 10" in the ROBO boots. He is made out of a variety of materials....essentially mixed media sculpture (recyclable materials, plastic, paper, aluminum...%100 homemade.) It is Murder to wear... 30lbs Endoskeleton ...40lbs ROBOsuit. But pretty flexible. I am a complete Amateur ...walking in the dark when it comes to building these things, if I was a  professional I might have been able to get the things to be a little more lighter.

Costume building  just kind of started as a hobby in High school in my Art class. Just a knack for detail really.  Started off building 15ft tall statues of my own concepts. The costume stuff was dedicated more to Movie Monsters. I get better at it every year.

The Auto 9 pistol was built off a toy Beretta and some other parts borrowed...it fires a blast of flash cotton and is very loud. It is equipped with a 8mw laser for added effect. 8 cans of Auto Paint.... a whole lot of enamel...and a lot of drilling...dremeling and glue.

The leg pistons move. The Terminators eyes are enlarged Laser LEDs. The Endo was built, torn apart and redesigned 5 times to make it 97% replica scale. All PVC and toy parts. The skull was a bitch to make.

It won 1st place for Scariest at LIGHT NIGHTCLUB's 5th ANNUAL SAINTS and SINNERS BALL ...in the Bellagio Hotel.

I based it completely off the Frank Miller Novel...ROBOCOP Vs. TERMINATOR. As a kid I always loved that Comic series. It was a heavy influence on me. The perfect merging of 2 genres.

Being so tall myself... I am limited to characters for costumes. One must really live up to the character they portray. I make mine Larger than life.

I would love to see an Arnold appearance in a ROBOCOP Vs. TERMINATOR Film. Who knows maybe they could get Peter Weller to play ROBO again and save the series.

Awesome costume Kevin! Check out some other new Arnold outfits below!
