Just when we thought Arnold had run the gambit on things to achieve in his lifetime, he continued his shock and awe campaign last month with the announcement of the USC Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy. Serving primarily as a political think tank, the Schwarzenegger Institute hopes to blend the creativity and originality of Hollywood with the politics and bureaucracy of Washington.

When Schwarzenegger left Planet Hollywood behind long ago, many of his film props once located at the restaurants would be sold at auction or they'd head back to Arnold's personal warehouse. There were once nearly 100 Planet Hollywood restaurants worldwide, but now, there are roughly ten that remain and only 3 or 4 in the United States. Out of all of these locations, the best one to visit and still see many Arnold props is Planet Hollywood, Orlando!

There are some happy, pumped-up book readers these days! The fans will be two-fisting two of the decade's most anticipated books: Arnold's Total Recall, released on October 1st, and Arnold’s Army: A Schwarzenegger Uprising, released on September 22 (or now for TAFs readers). Arnold now has book signings in Los Angeles and in Ohio with more locations to come. Celebrating their 25th anniversary, The Arnold Classic returns to Columbus, Ohio! The Festival and the world-renowned Arnold Classic will celebrate its 25th Anniversary when the fitness celebration is held Feb. 28 – March 3. The Sports Festival attracts 175,000 sports and fitness fans to watch 18,000 athletes compete in more than 45 sports and events, including 12 Olympic events. TheArnoldFans staff will be adding to this total number of attendees by making the trip to Columbus ourselves. All the top stories from the event will be brought to you all first hand.

We were so impressed when French Arnold fan Jerome Monnier sent us such great photos of his daughter, Aimy, with many of the Expendables 2 stars that we had to ask if he had more photos to share with us. It turns out Jerome has been introducing his daughter to the stars for years now and he’s accumulated loads of great photos and video footage.
